Restorative Aide

What you'll do

• Perform range-of-motion exercises for designated residents
• assist with ambulation using walkers or canes and with transfers according to care plans
• assist with feeding and dining-room organization
• encourage mild geriatric exercises
• follow therapist recommendations
• help ensure splinting devices are applied as ordered
• document programs, service dates, providers, duration, and resident responses
• and assist with activities of daily living as assigned.
