What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and equipment
• maintain an orderly dish room
• clean kitchen machines and work areas
• prepare back-of-house stations for the next shift
• assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• sweep and mop floors
• remove and recycle trash
• report accidents, equipment issues, and food-safety concerns
• complete dish-machine closing duties.
