Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Williamsburg, MI; pay is $16–$20 per hour. Autumn House Williamsburg is a Cardinal Senior Living community whose mission is to provide dignity, safety, and care to elderly residents. The aide supports residents’ dining experience from food preparation through cleanup. The role helps ensure meals meet residents’ dietary needs and that dining and kitchen areas remain clean, stocked, and ready for service.

What you'll do

• Assist with food preparation according to recipes and culinary standards
• assemble meals and trays based on resident dietary needs
• serve meals, beverages, and snacks
• assist residents during meal service when needed
• set up and maintain dining areas
• clear tables and transport dishes
• wash dishes and cookware
• clean kitchen and dining surfaces
• label and store food
• restock service areas
• transport food carts
• support special events and follow food safety and infection-control standards.
