What you'll do

• Ship customer orders on schedule and meet shipping targets
• process shipments and enter data in the Odoo ERP system
• verify shipment accuracy, documentation, and labels before carrier pickup
• maintain a clean and organized shipping area
• participate in inventory audits
• identify errors and recommend solutions
• communicate with team members to resolve shipping issues and meet deadlines
• comply with standards for regulated products and safety procedures, including OSHA standards and injury reporting.
