Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) / Caregiver

What you'll do

• Administer medications according to physician orders and QMAP regulations
• assist with hygiene, mobility, and dressing
• prepare and serve meals
• engage residents in social and recreational activities
• perform light cleaning
• document care and medication administration
• monitor and report changes in condition
• and provide specialized support that may include memory care or tube feeding.
