The Program Manager — Clubhouse Program role is primarily onsite in San Diego, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and occasional community engagement and events. Annual compensation is $75,000–$85,000. The Clubhouse Program supports recovery and independence for people living with serious mental illness. The manager leads program operations and staff while fostering a collaborative, community-based environment. The role oversees service quality, compliance, member participation, and community partnerships to support members’ vocational, social, and personal goals.
What you'll do
- Lead day-to-day Clubhouse operations
- provide leadership aligned with the Clubhouse International Model
- oversee work-ordered day, employment, education, and social programming
- manage fiscal oversight, risk, quality assurance, compliance, data, and documentation
- supervise, coach, hire, onboard, and develop staff
- support member participation
- build relationships with employers, community partners, and advisory boards
- support transitional employment
- participate in provider and coordinated-care meetings
- promote respectful, inclusive, recovery-oriented services
- participate in occasional evening, weekend, or community events
- travel within the county for in-person visits as required.
