Service Advisor (Mobile Operations)

The Service Advisor (Mobile Operations) role is onsite at the Greensboro headquarters in Greensboro, NC. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating Saturday coverage. Pay is $22–$28 per hour based on experience. National Fleet Management supports commercial fleets across nine states through heavy-duty truck service. The advisor coordinates mobile technicians, customers, parts, and operations leadership from service request through job completion. By managing repair orders, schedules, estimates, approvals, and updates, the role helps keep repairs moving and customer fleets on the road.
