The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator / Customer Service Manager role is onsite in Rock Hill, SC, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pay is $16.50–$18 per hour. The role supports All Ways Caring HomeCare’s local branch and its clients and caregivers. The position coordinates client services and staffing while providing recruitment and human resources support. By aligning client needs with appropriate staff and maintaining hiring, training, and compliance processes, the role contributes to quality care and reliable branch operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate client services and schedules
• understand and support each client’s agreed plan of care
• communicate with clients’ circles of care
• monitor and escalate changes in client condition or services
• maintain payer documentation
• coordinate staffing and completed-visit processing
• provide caregiver consultation and training as needed
• support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, retention, and compliance
• review applications in the ATS
• maintain HRIS data and files
• coordinate personnel action forms
• monitor certifications and training records. Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed. Minimal travel may be required.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED; some college or an associate degree preferred. Two or more years of community, client-service, or staffing experience and two or more years of office and computer experience. HR recruiting and supervisory experience preferred.
