What you'll do

• Manage shop safety, production, materials, and quality assurance
• set production goals and assign workloads
• support startup and staffing of a second shift
• review incoming work for manufacturing viability and safety
• maintain production and scheduling reports
• order materials and consumables
• manage staffing, time, tools, and equipment
• oversee QA/QC
• lead process improvements and training
• attend relevant planning and production meetings as needed.
