What you'll do

• Ensure thorough completion of new admissions and assessments
• participate in authorized agency inspections
• assess residents and validate nursing staff clinical decisions
• participate in resident care planning
• make rounds to check nursing standards and resident needs
• monitor staff documentation and report problem areas to the Director of Nursing.
