What you'll do

• Prepare and file immigration cases, including H-1B, I-140, I-485, and relevant NIV/IV matters
• consult with and guide clients
• support enterprise clients and assigned teams
• maintain casework quality
• evaluate cases and develop strategies
• mentor paralegals
• perform reporting and auditing
• monitor legal and policy changes
• conduct legal research and prepare memoranda or briefs.
