The Litigation Paralegal, Insurance Defense role is hybrid in West Palm Beach, FL. Compensation is $60,000–$90,000 per year. The paralegal supports Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP’s defense litigation team in its West Palm Beach office. The role provides organized case and trial support to attorneys and clients across a fast-paced civil defense caseload. It helps the team manage records, evidence, research, and coordination through litigation preparation.

What you'll do

• Obtain, review, and analyze medical, financial, employment, tax, and other records
• prepare medical and factual chronologies
• maintain electronic and physical case files
• prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness materials
• compile and analyze discovery evidence, records, transcripts, and database information
• coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses
• prepare case reports, logs, and indexes
• conduct legal and medical research
• review expert materials
• assist with trial preparation and litigation support.
