What you'll do

• Advise on B-1 readiness and sustainment
• lead interviews and working sessions
• document processes, decision rights, information flows, and constraints
• define future-state readiness management
• translate operational needs into use cases and analytic requirements
• assess data sources and integration constraints
• advise root-cause analyses
• develop briefings, process maps, risk trackers, and an implementation roadmap
• engage stakeholders to validate findings.
