Activity Aide

What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Activities with coordinating and leading daily recreational, social, and therapeutic programs
• encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one support as needed
• monitor engagement and communicate observations to nursing staff when appropriate
• maintain attendance records and activity documentation
• prepare materials and organize activity spaces
• help decorate for holidays and special events
• and support community programs.
