What you'll do

• Set up, serve, and break down dining rooms
• greet and attend to guests
• take beverage orders and serve food
• pour and refill beverages
• clear dishes
• clean assigned work areas
• report complaints and special requests to management
• assist with closing functions and room resets
• attend staff meetings
• follow alcohol-service laws, sanitation requirements, and club policies
• work major club events.
