What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, build trusted relationships, and support satisfaction and retention. Serve as the day-to-day client contact and run business reviews with templates and senior-team support. Surface early cross-sell and upsell opportunities with senior account executives and Sales
• collaborate with Operations, Product, and Implementation to resolve issues. Review client performance data, build product and global-trade knowledge, and coordinate customer transitions with Hunters.
