What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• meet weekly with residents and natural supports
• convene and participate in Child and Family Team meetings
• coordinate treatment and referrals to psychiatric, medical, educational, and community services
• consult with direct-care staff
• support behavior and de-escalation plans
• maintain clinical documentation
• participate in crisis response and assigned after-hours on-call rotation
• collaborate with county and community partners.
