What you'll do

• Lead structural design for substation projects from conceptual engineering through final design
• prepare and evaluate specifications, design criteria, requests for quotations, and technical bid summaries
• manage schedules, budgets, and staffing coordination
• conduct structural analysis
• oversee drawing reviews, model checks, and design verification
• mentor junior engineers
• review vendor drawings
• support proposals and cost estimates
• perform field inspections and resolve construction design issues
• prepare reports, calculations, and documentation.

Why this role
