What you'll do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
• complete basic repairs and refurbish furniture and fixtures
• maintain grounds, pool and spa, and kitchen equipment
• troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, television, and lighting systems
• keep work areas and logs organized
• communicate with hotel departments about guest needs
• respond to guest concerns and report needed repairs.
