Order Management Process Owner

The process owner establishes and governs the enterprise quote-to-order-to-fulfillment process, improving accountability, data quality, and handoffs across functions. The work is intended to reduce friction, rework, and delays while improving customer responsiveness and fulfillment outcomes.

What you'll do

• Own the enterprise quote-to-order-to-fulfillment process model, including workflow standards, decision rights, business rules, controls, governance, and accountability
• maintain process documentation, workflow maps, requirements, handoff definitions, and operating standards
• identify and resolve process gaps, data defects, handoff issues, inefficiencies, and operational risks
• partner across sales, customer operations, order management, supply chain, operations, support, IT, and data governance
• prescribe process requirements after ERP configuration decisions
• lead change management for process improvements, ERP readiness, automation, forms, approvals, and exception management
• and develop metrics, reporting, and root-cause insights.
