What you'll do

• Prepare pastries, desserts, doughs, batters, creams, fillings, sauces, and garnishes to standardized recipes
• measure, mix, bake, portion, assemble, and finish items
• operate and maintain baking equipment
• follow production and food-safety procedures
• maintain a clean, organized workstation
• label, date, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO
• communicate shortages and equipment concerns
• and follow kitchen opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
