What you'll do

• Lead HR administration, coordination, and evaluation
• review and recommend personnel policies and procedures
• ensure employment-law compliance
• manage recruitment, job advertisements, job fairs, and outreach
• oversee employee evaluations, orientations, and exit interviews
• manage benefits and open enrollment
• track workers’ compensation and unemployment claims
• coordinate payroll issue resolution
• maintain HRIS and records
• manage the HR budget and faculty contract renewals
• provide reports and staff development
• consult legal counsel as appropriate.
