What you'll do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis machines
• interpret engineering drawings
• select cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
• conduct first-article inspections
• troubleshoot machining issues
• lead continuous improvement
• train and mentor staff
• maintain program libraries and documentation
• support new product introductions
• ensure safety and quality compliance
• develop workholding and tooling solutions
• lead Lean and Kaizen initiatives.
