What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors
• follow site-specific security procedures, healthcare policies, and emergency response activities
• greet and direct visitors
• confirm access requirements
• issue visitor credentials and maintain visitor records
• monitor facility access and communicate about visitors, deliveries, appointments, and front-desk activity
• respond to incidents and critical situations using established procedures
• report security concerns to site leadership.
