What you'll do

• Prepare and negotiate contracts and subcontracts
• review provisions and monitor compliance
• establish and maintain NDAs and teaming agreements
• coordinate bids and proposals
• assess amendments and extensions
• review contractor and vendor charges
• prepare management reports
• serve as a liaison for contract fulfillment
• lead negotiations and renegotiations
• may conduct site and monitoring visits and assist with audit responses
• support business development outreach and recommend contract opportunities.
