What you'll do

• Interact with guests and coworkers professionally
• enter food and beverage orders accurately
• stock and replenish service stations
• answer menu questions and build knowledge of food, liquor, beer, and wine
• handle cash and card transactions
• deliver and clear food
• maintain tables throughout guests’ visits
• communicate issues to management
• complete opening and closing duties
• clean and sanitize workstations
• follow sanitation and alcohol-service regulations.
