What you'll do

• Build employer, staffing-firm, and talent-partner relationships
• source and share aligned openings
• match graduates to roles
• coach students and alumni on resumes, interviews, and professional branding
• represent SkillBridge at career fairs and hiring events
• track placements and contacts in Salesforce
• identify business development opportunities for handoff.
