The role supports Diagnostic Imaging and Cardiology systems at Parrish Medical Center. Working under the DI/Cardio PACS/RIS Supervisor, the administrator assists with daily operations and maintenance of clinical imaging systems, related modalities, and the imaging network. The work helps keep systems available, resolve user issues, and support staff and radiologists in their clinical workflows.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily operations, maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and replacement of PACS/RIS and related systems
• resolve tickets and on-demand requests
• escalate issues beyond the role's authority
• liaise with Diagnostic Imaging, Cardiology, other departments, physicians, and staff
• maintain radiologists' PACS workstations
• train staff and manage access as needed
• perform daily work-list cleanup and PACS quality-assurance tasks
• take call as required for 24/7 issue coverage.
