Senior Interior Designer

What you'll do

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to establish design goals
• use architectural and construction plans to develop interior and exterior concepts
• collect and distribute content for renderings and marketing assets
• create presentations and design boards
• develop finish legends and lighting schedules
• build design budgets and schedules and document activities and expenses
• maintain vendor and consultant partnerships
• manage third-party contracts
• coordinate FF&E purchasing, delivery, and installation with construction teams
• share knowledge of design trends and materials.
