Restaurant Manager — Operations

What you'll do

• Lead daily service across dayparts and activations
• execute operating procedures and opening and closing tasks
• deploy staff
• maintain facility readiness and safety
• model hospitality and coach service standards
• resolve guest concerns
• participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training
• support scheduling, labor, timecards, cash controls, inventory, and cost tracking
• review performance indicators
• support sales, marketing, events, and openings as assigned.
