Job overview

The Hospitality Coordinator role is onsite in Beech Mountain, NC, with stated pay of $13–$15 per hour. The position supports Beech Mountain Resort’s lodging and hospitality operations and works with its Lodging, Sales, and Marketing teams. The role provides cross-functional support for guest and homeowner communications, lodging sales, rental property operations, and marketing projects. Its purpose is to help grow resort lodging reservations and improve the experience for guests and homeowners.

What you'll do

• Assist with lodging inquiries, guest communications, reservation follow-up, group lodging requests, and special packages.
• Support homeowner relations, routine rental property checks, property information and website updates, marketing content and projects, onboarding rental properties, and coordination among guests, homeowners, housekeeping, maintenance, marketing, and resort departments.
