What you'll do

• Follow up with leads and prospective clients
• prospect the lead pond
• maintain CRM records
• conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
• help buyers identify and tour properties
• advise sellers on pricing, preparation, marketing, and negotiation
• host open houses
• prepare and manage contracts and disclosures
• participate in training and coaching.
