What you'll do

• Create seasonal wine pairings for the tasting menu
• lead wine service during three weekly dinner services
• guide guests through pairings and bottle selections
• curate the cellar
• oversee wine and liquor ordering, receiving, inventory, list updates, and pricing
• build distributor relationships and arrange tastings
• share wine knowledge through team tastings and pre-service briefings
• provide wine service at occasional private events.
