What you'll do

• Oversee daily ski and ride instruction, including curriculum development, scheduling, class assignments, and instructional support as needed
• assist with hiring, scheduling, training, payroll, equipment inventory, and guest-feedback reporting
• monitor instructor performance and provide feedback or escalate concerns
• follow applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and safety programs
• coordinate with management, departments, and third parties
• and contribute to leadership forums and continuous improvement.
