• Partner with G&A leaders and People Business Partners on recruiting strategies
• advise hiring managers with market intelligence and talent calibration
• source and engage candidates
• lead offer strategy, candidate consultation, negotiation, and closing
• maintain Greenhouse data and contribute to recruiting reports.
