What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific procedures at a public transportation location. Patrol platforms, station areas, parking facilities, access points, and surrounding perimeters. Respond to incidents and customer concerns
• monitor access points and assist with pedestrian flow
• prepare accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
