What you'll do

• Take and deliver guest orders efficiently
• anticipate guest needs and check satisfaction with meals and beverages
• follow Auberge Resorts Collection standards and suggest menu items
• enter orders into the POS system and handle billing
• operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings
• keep restaurant outlets tidy and organized and follow safe food-handling procedures.
