What you'll do

• Coach Agile Squads in Agile and Scrum values and principles
• facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement
• coach Product Owners and development teams on backlog management
• foster self-organization and continuous improvement
• help identify and remove impediments
• support collaboration, risk identification, and dependency management
• use feedback, metrics, and other information to guide improvement.
