What you'll do

• Prepare, audit, and process biweekly or semimonthly payroll
• calculate wages, overtime, differentials, bonuses, deductions, and benefits
• maintain payroll records in HRIS/payroll systems
• prepare and reconcile reports
• support quarterly and year-end payroll, W-2s, and tax filings
• answer employee payroll questions
• coordinate employee status changes with HR
• reconcile payroll accounts and assist with audits
• identify process improvements.
