What you'll do

• Encourage and support home activities
• assist with personal hygiene
• prepare meals and perform light cleaning
• maintain a safe living environment
• accompany the individual to social events, shopping, and appointments
• promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization
• complete daily progress notes.
