What you'll do

• Triage and route shared inboxes, respond to routine requests, and track follow-up
• support onboarding and offboarding mechanics, employee setup, records, and checklists
• coordinate administrative work across functions
• manage vendor and administrative requests, logistics, registrations, records, office tasks, and special projects
• maintain SOPs, trackers, and documentation
• support an intern with low-risk tasks.
