What you'll do

• Oversee daily nursing department operations
• lead, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• develop staffing plans and monitor schedules
• ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, CMS requirements, and Ohio Department of Health standards
• monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, infection prevention, and resident safety
• oversee resident assessments, care plans, and documentation
• participate in QAPI initiatives
• collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, department heads, residents, and families
• support staff development and accountability
• prepare for regulatory surveys and help implement corrective action plans.
