What you'll do

• Set up and stock the assigned station
• prepare ingredients before service
• cook menu orders according to recipes and portion controls
• check freshness and cooking temperatures
• maintain consistent presentation
• clean and sanitize the workstation
• store food using FIFO rotation
• communicate with servers, cooks, and kitchen leadership about ticket times and pacing.
