The Warehouse Assistant – Catering works onsite in Norfolk, VA. Compensation is $15 to $17 per hour, depending on experience. The assistant stages and organizes supplies and equipment, loads vehicles, and returns event items to the warehouse. The role helps catering teams prepare for events by maintaining equipment and inventory and handling occasional supply runs and deliveries.

What you'll do

• Organize and stage supplies and equipment for catering events
• load box trucks and vans and secure items
• coordinate supply issues and substitutions with service and sales
• inspect and return clean, working items to the warehouse
• maintain warehouse order and cleanliness
• handle miscellaneous supply needs
• occasionally deliver catering orders and assist with minor event setup.
