Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily equipment startup and maintenance work
• assign and prioritize technician tasks
• develop daily, weekly, and seasonal maintenance schedules
• coordinate with production management
• inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and facility systems
• oversee preventive maintenance and documentation
• manage parts inventory, purchasing, vendors, budgets, and contracts
• train and supervise staff
• enforce safety procedures
• work extended hours, weekends, and holidays during production season as needed.
