What you'll do

• Lead product development projects from concept to commercialization
• design products to targeted flavor, texture, color, shelf-life, and nutrition requirements
• create nutrition labels and ingredient lists
• develop finished-product specifications and batching instructions
• optimize formulation costs with procurement and finance
• collaborate with ingredient vendors
• lead pilot and commercial scale-up trials and monitor the first three commercial productions
• advise Operations on production issues
• maintain formulation records
• support ingredient and finished-product verification
• follow GLP, GMP, sanitation, safety, and quality requirements.
