What you'll do

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service
• follow operating procedures and food safety requirements
• encourage excellent guest service and food quality
• support sales growth initiatives
• help identify and train internal candidates
• assist with employee training
• respond to guest questions and complaints and escalate concerns
• review operational and financial performance
• monitor costs and budgets
• and comply with labor laws. The posting requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six or more months of restaurant operations experience, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
