What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and appropriate emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and access concerns and escalate as appropriate
• conduct regular and random patrols of office, common, parking, perimeter, and assigned areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity and verify authorization
• maintain accurate logs and reports
• communicate with site personnel, visitors, company leadership, and emergency personnel as needed.
