What you'll do

• Support onboarding and ongoing servicing of business accounts
• review applications and business documentation for accuracy, completeness, and potential risk
• assist members by phone and email
• recommend products and services
• support specialized business accounts and products
• assist with risk reviews for ACH, wire, and remote deposit capture
• review account fees
• maintain reports, pipelines, procedures, and reference materials
• partner with internal teams and external providers to resolve member needs.
