What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, strip, wax, buff, polish, and deep-clean hard floors
• vacuum, shampoo, and extract water from carpets
• safely operate and maintain floor-care machinery
• follow facility, OSHA, and CDC guidelines
• handle chemicals properly and place warning signs
• maintain daily floor-care logs
• report maintenance or safety hazards
• interact respectfully with residents and staff
• assist with housekeeping or room setups as needed.
